For example, the XL STX and XLT have a 380-horsepower 3.5L EcoBoost V6, while the engine on the Limited, King Ranch®, and Platinum® reaches up to 400 horsepower. Meanwhile, the Limited-exclusive Stealth Performance Package and Timberline® max out at 440 horsepower.

Planning to tow? The Expedition tows up to 6,000 pounds or 9,300 pounds with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Towing Package, while the Expedition MAX tows up to 6,300 pounds or 9,000 pounds with the Heavy-Duty Trailer Towing Package.
