2024 Ford Maverick Performance

Efficiency, power, and work-ready potential — find it all with the 2024 Ford Maverick. Every trim features a standard 2.0L EcoBoost® engine that makes 250 horsepower. Alternatively, each Maverick trim is available with a 2.5L hybrid powertrain that blends the power of a 94-kilowatt electric motor and Atkinson cycle inline four-cylinder (I4) gas engine to achieve up to 42 MPG around town. On top of its efficiency-minded design, the Maverick hybrid boasts a 2,000-pound maximum towing capacity. Double that number and tow up to 4,000 pounds when you equip the EcoBoost engine with all-wheel drive (AWD) and the available 4K Tow Package.

Every Maverick hybrid engine comes fitted to an electronic continuously variable transmission and front-wheel drive (FWD). An eight-speed automatic transmission distributes power for the EcoBoost engine to just the front wheels, all four wheels with AWD, or all four wheels with advanced four-wheel drive (4WD). This 4WD system, which is required for the optional Tremor® Off-Road Package, optimizes traction for each rear wheel by distributing torque to the wheels with traction using a twin-clutch rear drive unit, plus it features an electronic locking rear differential that will keep both wheels turning at the same speed when traction is at an absolute premium.

2024 Ford Maverick Exterior

Practical yet ruggedly stylish, the 2024 Ford Maverick commands attention as readily as it supports your everyday tasks. Adapt the 4.5-foot bed of the Maverick to your precise requirements using the FLEXBED® storage system, which is designed to help you create custom cargo racks to your unique specifications. The multi-position tailgate allows you to accommodate longer, larger cargo items as it stays halfway open at the same level as the wheel wells in the bed. Secure your cargo using ten available cargo bed tie downs or in the rear storage cubby. When you need power at the campsite, the Maverick offers two standard pre-wired 12V electrical leads and an available 110V power outlet in the bed.

When it comes to looks, stand out with LED headlights and a range of 17- and 18-inch wheel options. Among these eye-catching wheel options are the 18-inch unique machined-face Ebony aluminum wheels included with the optional Black Appearance Package. Further black details with this package include the Ford logo, grille, lighting, and mirrors.
